Love this place for breakfast sandwich, but order first and be patience. And all the Puertocian sweets. Its clean. Customer service is great. Park in the street. Don't park in the small mall they will boots your car!
I feel mildly embarrassed that I have lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and have never patronized San Juan bakery until today. I will definitely be going back over and over and over. I met a friend there for coffee and pastries this morning, and it was delightful. my cappuccino was perfect, and the chocolate flan I had with it was incredible. and they have so much more than sweets and pastries! They also serve sandwiches and other savory treats. it's a small, quiet place with a few small tables up in the front, perfect for a low-key, intimate meet up. Definitely too small for larger groups, but you can still get the experience with carryout. I am pleased to be able to support a small, local, Puerto Rican own business in Humboldt Park. try them! You won't be disappointed.
This place is always clean and their pastries are ALWAYS delicious. They have the BEST quesitos in Chicago because they are sweet and filled w/ enough cheese!! l LOVE the mallorcas too. I recommend this place to everyone!! The staff is friendly and I've never had a problem here. CHECK this place out, you won't REGRET it.
This place is Awesome! The food is fantastic and the owners are super friendly. Been a customer for over 10 yrs and they always greet me and my family with a smile. Their Quesitos are fantastic!!! Everyone must visit this bakery. The only downside is the parking space. But overall great place to have breakfast or lunch.
It’s a cute bakery with a few tables I got their Cuban sandwich and it is DELICIOUS the meat is seasoned perfectly everything about is wonderful and for only 10 I got two meals out of it bc it’s pretty filling. The service is great and I would recommend this place to anyone
